History
Built ca. 1850 by the Davies family, later famous for the manufacturer of the "Aberaeron Shovel" made with a water-driven tilt hammer.
Exterior
The northern block was formerly a row of industrial buildings containing a forge; woollen mill, woodturner’s workshop and tanner.
Single storey and attic rubble building, whitewashed to gable end; slate roof. 1 window, another blocked and a bricked up doorway to gable end. Cambered headed openings to left side and one to right side with studio window beyond. Adjoins mill building at far end.
Broken overshot waterwheel against gable end.
