History
The style of the tomb suggests that it was erected at or soon after the first recorded date of 1852.
Exterior
Ashlar Gothic style chest tomb with panelled corner pilasters with cusping in the heads, plinth, recessed panels in ends and sides, sloping cap with central ridge and moulded edges. Inscription to Thomas Prosser, died 1852. Wrought iron railings survive complete with spear head railings and vases on main stanchions.
Reason for designation
Included as a well preserved Gothic style chest tomb with complete iron railings.
