Mid C19 (after ca.1845).
Exterior
Former stables to Nos 16 and 17 Alban Square; part of the formal town plan and one of the few buildings and its kind to survive relatively unaltered.
2-storey, whitewashed rubble front with slate roof, 3 blocked openings to first floor and another filled in, 2 recessed boarded doors to ground floor flanking 3 openings as above with voussoir lintels. Altered end walls; garage extension to right is not of special interest.
