Set back from the adjoining houses, behind paved forecourt with iron railings and ornate openwork gate piers.
History
Once the town house of the Bonsall family of Ffronfraith; became a hospital after Sir Thomas Bonsall's death in 1821. C18 origins to L-plan structure.
Exterior
2-storey attic and basement scribed render 3-bay front with mainly ca 1900 detail; steep slate roof. Broad cross gable with pediment treatment and pendant; 4 pane attic roundel. Horned sash windows to 1st floor in square recesses to outer bays, arched headed recess to centre over entrance with console bracketed cornice on raised ground floor; modern door. 2-storey splayed bay windows with patterned slate lean-to roofs and ironwork window box holders over cornices; horned sash glazing and top ventilators. Some small pane sash windows to rendered rear. Modernisation for office use has removed most of the interior detail, main staircase is retained.
