History
Originates from the initial Promenade development at the start of the C19; shown on 1809 map. Victorian alterations primarily the addition of full height splayed bay windows said to be to the result of the Council’s lease renewal conditions ca.1900.
Exterior
Symmetrical 4-storey, 3-window scribed stucco front with rusticated ground floor and 1st floor cill band. Slate roof and rubble chimney stack; boarded eaves, advanced over bay windows with cornices flanking central modern entrance below one sash window and 2 blocked openings; horned sash glazing.
Rendered rear with sash windows.
