Situated on street line.
Exterior
House in rubble stone with slate roof and stone end stacks. Two-storey 3-window front of 12-pane sashes with cambered yellow brick heads and slate sills. Centre 5-panel door with overlight. Ground floor right has, in place of sash, good C19 shopwindow of single broad 4-pane sash in timber surround with brackets under cornice.
Reason for designation
Included as good example of Victorian house, still in late Georgian style with unaltered sash-type shop window.
