Exterior
House in snecked rubble stone with slate roof and stone end stacks. Bracketted eaves. Two-storey 3-window range of 6-pane sashes with slate sills and stone voussoirs. Centre door of 3 long panels, the centre one arched, overlight and stone voussoirs.
Narrow front garden enclosed by low slate-coped rubble wall with twisted iron rails and pyramid capped stone gatepiers to centre spearhead iron gate.
Reason for designation
Listed as part of the exceptional 1870s group of industrial buildings at Pont-Sian associated with D H Evans 'Y Siopwr Mawr'.
