Situated down lane of some 0.7 km running off B4476 about 0.6 km S of Prengwyn crossroads.
Exterior
Farmhouse in rubble stone with slate roofs and stone end stacks. Two-storey 3-window front of renewed 12-pane sashes with slate sills and cambered stone-voussoir heads. Centre C20 half-glazed stable door with similar head. Lower service range to left has broad stone end stack, door to right and one-window range to left, 12-pane sash below and 9-pane C20 window above. Stone voussoirs to lower openings.
Reason for designation
Listed as a good example of later C19 farmstead in traditional style with 3-sided farm court.
