Early C19. Marked on Wood's 1834 map of Cardigan.
Exterior
House, unpainted stucco with slate roof and C20 brick end stacks. Double-fronted, 2-storey range with 2 12-pane sashes above and 2 16-pane sashes below, hornless with slate sills and stucco voussoirs. Centre 6-panel door with narrow lozenge pattern overlight, moulded timber doorcase, reeded with shallow timber hood on brackets.
Rubble stone west end wall with first floor 12-pane sash.
