Situated in short terrace of three, to E of No 1 Church Street.
Exterior
Terraced house, exposed coursed rubble stone with slated roof and rendered end stacks. Two-storey three-window range of original hornless 12-pane sashes with slate sills and stone voussoirs. Centre original 6-panel door with overlight and similar stone voussoirs. Flat eaves with brackets.

Reason for designation
Listed as a good example of local late Georgian style with original windows and doors, formerly roughcast or stuccoed. Group value.
