Situated two houses down from Queens Hotel; originally detached.
Exterior
House, near detached, in painted stucco with slate eaves roof and stone end stacks. Flat eaves. Two-storey three-window front with stucco quoins, window surrounds and keystones. Plate glass sashes and slate sills. C20 door and overlight in similar surround.
Front garden has painted stucco low walls, with three pyramid capped piers, one part of wall and one pier lost for car access.
