Situated in terraced row Nos 1-19 High Terrace.
Exterior
Terraced house in painted roughcast and stucco with slate flat-eaved roof and stone right end stack. Two-storey three-window range of plate glass sashes with slate sills, centre half-glazed door and leaded overlight. C20 glazed timber porch. Stucco chanelled angle strips, sill band and surrounds with keystones. C20 dormer.
Reason for designation
Included for group value, part of a prominent terrace built up from c1848.
