Situated in terraced row, the fourth house from S end.
Exterior
Terraced house, painted roughcast with flat-eaved slate roof and red brick end stacks. Two-storey three-window range of original hornless 12-pane sashes in moulded stucco surrounds and with painted slate sills. Centre original 6-panel door, 4 panels fielded, with traceried fanlight in open-pedimented timber porch of two columns with plain block entablatures and bases cased in concrete. Trellis panels to porch sides. Panelled internal shutters to ground floor rooms.
Reason for designation
Listed as the least altered house on the terrace, which was built up probably c1848-55.
