Situated near the N end of Lewis Terrace, the penultimate house.
Exterior
Terraced house, unpainted roughcast with stucco dressings, slate eaves roof, bracket eaves and right-hand stone stack. Two-storey two-window range of original hornless 12-pane sashes, C20 door and overlight, stucco angle strips, sill band and surrounds.
Reason for designation
Included for group value in little altered part of terrace, built between 1847 and 1887 in typical New Quay style.
