Terraced house in squared brown rubble stone with slate roof and stone N end stack. Two-storey two-window range of plate glass sashes and 4-panel door with overlight. Stone voussoirs and painted slate sills.
Marked on 1847 Tithe Map as item 25, house owned by David Evans of Neuadd and occupied by Daniel Jones.
One of the two stone-fronted houses in the terrace, with No 9.
