3 storey and basement 3 window house. Colourwashed roughcast on rubble. Moderately pitched slate roof, close eaves on paired modillions. Tall rendered stack.
Shallow upper sashes to 9 pane 2nd floor windows. l2 pane sash windows to lst and ground floor windows.
Modern simple flat architraves. Central doorway. Plain rectangular fanlight over 6 panel door. Steps down to street carried on bridge over narrow area. Door to basement below bridge. Small paned sliding sash basement window to right. Similar to left, glazing bars removed.
Hipped stair projection offset to right of centre on rear elevation. Small paned sash windows.
