History
Dated 1897. English Renaissance style.
Exterior
3 storey and attic, 3-bay ashlar front; paired pilasters. Doric: Ionic: Corinthian (ground to top storey). Outer splayed bays through upper storeys, bracket eaves with balustraded parapets, open pediment treatment with urn finial and twin swagged pilasters to attic lunette, outer dormers with segmental heads in steep slate roof, end brick stacks. Stone mullioned and transomed bays, head and date cartouches to 1st floor frieze, triglyph frieze with outer bays and centre balcony cantilevered on brackets over 5-bay ground floor with arched openings. Double outer panelled doors with segmental pediments to fanlights.
Interior
Good cantilevered dog-leg staircase with turned balusters and finials.
