History
Late C19 or early C20.
Exterior
Free Baroque style. 4 storeys and attic; 3 bay ashlar front with pink and white banding. Tall gable with dragon finial, bull’s eye window and supporting volutes. Polygonal corner buttresses with urn finials, flat pilasters with cartouche in scrolled pediment over centre bay, moulded cornices and cill bands. Scrolled pediments to 2nd and 3rd floor windows; 1st floor centre has aedicule treatment with curvilinear pediment topped by lion sedent, bulbous fluted half-columns with Corinthian capitals. Arched flank windows with cartouche keyblocks and bowed balustraded aprons. Modern glazing. Overall shop front with recessed entry on right.
