Exterior
Ca 1800 3-storey, 1-window rendered rubble fronts; Nos 23 and 25 are reflected pairs. Slate roof, hipped to right, boarded eaves and red brick chimney stacks, square to centre. 8 and 16-pane sash windows; those to 1st and ground floors have cambered heads. 6-panel door to No 21 with panelled doorcase, modern doors to Nos 23 and 25 contained under a twinned doorcase.
Interior
Lightly chamfered main beams internally and narrow winding timber stairs.
Reason for designation
Group value with No 27 and the Masonic Hall.
