Situated on corner of Old Road, the end house in terraced row.
Exterior
Circa 1830-40 house in stucco with painted stone plinth, narrow band and chamfered cornice, stucco parapet, slate roof and rebuilt brick end stack. Two storeys, formal front with 3-window range of 16-pane sashes and painted stone sills. Ground floor windows have Gothic ironwork to popular design by LáNáCottingham 1824. Centre 5-panel door with overlight in panelled reveals. Painted timber Greek Doric doorcase with fluted columns, triglyph frieze and mutule cornice.
Roughcast east end wall.
Part of terrace Nos 13-19 Goring Road, the best group of early C19 houses in Llanelli, with the nearby 2-4a Felinfoel Road.
