Set back from street-line, one of a formerly matching pair, some 70 m north west of corner with Harries Avenue.
Exterior
Circa 1840 semi-detached villa, painted roughcast with concrete tiled roof and rendered south end stack. Two storeys, 3-window range of 16-pane hornless sashes with painted slate sills. Centre 4-panel door with margin-glazed overlight and painted timber architrave. Roman Doric shallow porch with fluted columns and triglyph frieze.
Bracketed eaves cornice.
Reason for designation
One of the small number of earlier C19 buildings surviving in Llanelli.
