Circa 1840 semi-detached villa, painted roughcast with concrete tiled roof and rendered south end stack. Two storeys, 3-window range of 16-pane hornless sashes with painted slate sills. Centre 4-panel door with margin-glazed overlight and painted timber architrave. Roman Doric shallow porch with fluted columns and triglyph frieze. Bracketed eaves cornice.
