History
Terraced house possibly mid C19 in long row, larger than the adjacent Nos 44-46, probably of one build with No 50.
Exterior
Terraced house, painted lined stucco with slate close-eaved roof and brick end stacks. Two storeys, double-fronted, with renewed 12-pane glass sashes and centre recessed C20 part-glazed door. Raised plinth.

Interior not inspected.
Reason for designation
Included for its special interest as a late Georgian style small terraced house in a well-preserved row, Nos 44-60 (even).
