Probably contemporary with the Gloucester Terrace of c. 1840, attributed to Thomas Rowlands.
Exterior
Railings on raised terrace. Iron spearhead railings with dog-bars and stanchions with cast-iron anthemion finials, supported by curved raking bars.
Reason for designation
Included for the special architectural interest as a good set of iron railings, of group value with Nos 1-6 Gloucester Terrace.
