Situated down drive to S of lane to Llanon, about 100m SE of junction with Llanrhian-Trefin road.
Exterior
Early to mid C19 formal farmhouse in unpainted rubble stone with lightly grouted, steep slate roof; bracketed eaves and broad stone end stacks, each carrying pair of painted brick chimneys. Two-storey, three-window front of large 12-pane sashes with cut stone voussoirs and slate sills. Centre ground floor window has glazing continued beneath sill for basement stairs. Glazing bars are spaced to give slightly narrowed outer panes to all windows. Roughcast rear wing end stack and C20 fenestration. Lower two-storey lean-to range in NE angle with slate roof.
