Situated on the southern side of large farm court to NE of farmhouse.

Mid to later C19 range of outbuildings in rubble stone, single storey with two storey west end section. West end has slate roof and gable end door with window to left, loft window above, all with brick cambered heads. N side loft opening and one small ground floor opening. Long range running E has grouted slate roof to first third, then corrugated asbestos and finally collapsed grouted slates at E end. First part has door to right with cambered brick head and small window to left, then straight joint; long east section has row of brick dove-openings under eaves, door, window, door, and concrete block addition at right. Original openings all have cambered brick heads. Small brick ventilation loops in S rear wall.
Part of an unusually large and distinctive later C19 farmstead, probably all rebuilt after 1857 when a sale map shows a different plan. This range may incorporate part of the pre 1857 buildings.
Condition: Poor.
