A little-altered, traditional farmhouse, not apparently marked on 1838 Tithe Map.
Exterior
Mid C19 small farmhouse in roughcast rubble stone with grouted slate roof and rendered stone end stacks. Two storey, 3-window range of plate-glass sashes, smaller above, and centre door with plain overlight. Outshut rear with S side-wall stack. Lean-to on N end. Range of low rubble stone outbuildings with grouted slate roofs attached to S: C20 metal windows.
