Exterior
C1860 substantial farmhouse in squared rubble stone with rendered brick end stacks. Angle quoins. Two-storey 3-window range of 12-pane sashes with stone voussoirs and slate sills. Centre glazed door with overlight. Double depth plan. N end wall has 2 similar sashes to first floor and one below. Front garden enclosed by whitened rubble stone front wall.
