Situated at southern end of small group of buildings at Paran, on western side of lane to Caerwen, some 100 m NW of junction with lane from Tremaenhir to Brawdy.

History
Dated 1841. Former Congregational Chapel (disused 1989) in squared rubble stone with slate roof.
Exterior
Small scale with steep N gable front. Two round-arched windows, with small-paned glazing, flanking centre round-arched doorway with intersecting glazing bars to fanlight and double doors. Arched plaque in gable marked 'Paran Chapel 1841, 1877’. Two-window side walls, cambered-headed 12-pane windows with stone voussoirs and keystones.
Condition: fair to poor.
Interior
Plain plastered interior, 3-sided ceiling, boarded to horizontal part, with centre rose. No fittings.
