Detached house some 140m from junction with East Street.
Exterior
Early to mid C19 house in white roughcast with stucco dressings, slate roof and stone end stacks. Two and a half storey, 3-window front with centre pedimental gable and tripartite lunette. 12-pane sashes to main floors in rusticated surrounds with slate sills. Centre door, 2-panel with triangular heads to panels, and narrow overlight, set in open porch of 2 fluted thin columns, half-column responds, plain square caps and simple timber cornice. Flat roof. Stucco plinth and angle quoins. Rendered whitewashed left end wall, stone right end wall, outshut rear. Outbuilding attached on right end. Front yard enclosed by spearhead iron rails and gate, dog bars. No plinth. Rubble walls each side, back to house.
