Situated in terraced row (comprising 23 to 35 Goat Street); the third house from left, and opposite No 24.
Exterior
Mid C19 house in rubble stone with grouted slate roof and E end rendered stack. Two-storey two-window front of large 12-pane sashes with painted brick cambered heads. Ground floor has one window and modern door to right with flat brick head.
Reason for designation
A terrace of five houses is marked on Tithe Map of 1840 opposite Bethel Chapel, of which this may be the E end house.
