Location
Situated some 300m SE of Abercastle, on N side of road to Mathry.
Exterior
Mid C19 farmhouse, unpainted roughcast over rubble stone with grouted slate roof and roughcast end stacks, larger to left. Two-storey three-window front of 12-pane hornless sashes with slate sills, centre ledged door reached up 4 steps. Rubble stone N end wall with small 12-pane stair light. Outshut rear. Attached NE outbuilding with grouted slate roof and W end door.
In N wall of rear garden is sunk shelf with slate lintel for bee-skeps.
Interior
sawn pine floor timbers, small stair to right of fireplace with oak lintel.
Reason for designation
A very little altered traditional house, still with original windows. Group value with outbuildings.
