History
An L-plan range is marked on site on 1845 Tithe Map.
Exterior
C19 farmyard group, in rubble stone with grouted slate roofs. L-plan; large lofted, later C19 building at E end with hard dark green stone used in later additions to house; then L-plan single-storey range in SW corner, probably earlier C19, as also is adjoining range stepped downhill. Later C19 low cow-house at further N end.
Lofted building has outside E end stairs. N front of two square upper windows over brick-headed window, door and window. Range in angle has one north facing door and one east facing, and range beyond has one door. N end cow-house has small window and three broad doorways, all with cambered brick heads.
Reason for designation
Group value with farmhouse.
