C19 outbuilding in rubble stone with grouted slate roof, hipped at S end over full height entry with timber lintel. Depressed arched cart entry to centre of stone front, with stone voussoirs and double ledged doors.
In grassed yard in front is small rubble stone well-head with slate top and E side opening.
