Circa 1860-70 house in brown squared stone banded in grey with slate roof and brick end wall stacks. Two storeys, double-fronted with plate glass sash windows, painted stone voussoirs and painted slate sills. Centre 6-panel door in timber pilastered doorcase with paired console brackets to corniced hood.
Reason for designation
Prominent house in the best remaining group of the banded stone houses once typical of Saint Dogmaels.
