By law, the definition of a listed building includes the entire building (i) and any structure or object that is fixed to the said building and ancillary to it and (ii) any other structure or object that forms part of the land and has done so since before 1 July 1948, and was within the curtilage of the building, and ancillary to it, on the date on which said building was first included in the list, or on 1 January 1969, whichever was later.

Location
Situated some 700m SW of Saint Dogmaels, approached by drive opposite lane to Blaenwaun.
Exterior
Dated 1744, but more probably rebuilt in earlier C19. Colourwashed roughcast with slate roof and rendered stacks. Service range to left raised to even roofline in C20. Two-storey three-window front with 4-pane sashes and slate sills, the lower sashes with stucco hoodmoulds and centre C20 door under stucco ogee hoodmould. Date plaque above. Lean-to to rear and C20 rebuilt left end and NW rear wing.
Interior
Interior altered, roof obscured but ends of hewn principal rafters visible, and some hewn timbers in the lean-to.
Reason for designation
Deeds to 1783 when Thomas Lloyd of Cwmgloyne leased to William Williams, subsequently owned by Thomas Morgan and leased to John Richards who is given as owner and occupier by 1838 (Tithe Map).
