Whitewashed rubble, slate roof. 3-bay elevation to yard, split board door to centre, smaller boarded door to left and a blocked entrance to right. Above is a 6-pane pivot window and a further window to right, partially visible at time of 1995 survey.
Interior
3-bay single purlin roof at time of 1990 inspection, interior not accessible at time of 1995 survey.
Reason for designation
Included for group value with other listed buildings of Tyn Llan farm, with the parish church and churchyard gatepiers.
