Bronze standing figure on granite pedestal with bronze inscription on south-east side of podium. Standing figure in legal dress with weight of body on right leg and with left leg extended forward, taut at knee; right forearm extended and right hand open, left hand clasping raised border of gown. Inscribed "Gwlad Garwr, Chairman and Vice Chairman of Quarter Sessions for the County of Glamorgan for 19 years. Judge of the County Courts for 22 years"

Listed as fine public statue by important Welsh sculptor on key site in Civic Centre.
