Exterior
Earlier C19 house in cement-washed rubble stone with slate roof and stone end stacks. Two storeys, three-window range of 12-pane sashes with stone voussoirs and slate sills. Centre 6-panel door with similar head. Raised plinth. Outshut rear. Corrugated iron lean-to on right end. Left end single storey addition, with window and two doors.
Reason for designation
Included as a little-altered example of a smaller traditional house.
