Situated some 1km SSW of Penrherber, down short drive E of road.
History
A substantial farmhouse, formerly part of the Cawdor estate, marked on 1839 Tithe Map as occupied by John Evans.
Exterior
Late C18 or early C19 farmhouse, roughcast with imitation slate roof and rebuilt stone end stacks, larger to left. Two storeys, three-window range of later C19 or C20 4-pane sashes and centre C20 door. Painted timber modillion eaves cornice. Single-storey rubble stone service range to left. Outshut rear with C20 first floor addition. C20 garage to right end wall.
Interior
Large timber-lintel main fireplace, oak joists and roof trusses.
