Exterior
Circa 1850 terraced house, painted roughcast with slate roof and rendered stone N end stack. Two-storey two-window range, two 12-pane sashes above, one 16-pane sash below, painted slate sills. Door to right with two concrete steps, three-panel door, arched head and fanlight with plain glazing over modillion cornice.
Reason for designation
Included as a pair with No 22 which has retained much of the original character in a heavily altered row.
Group value with Nos 19 to 33 (odd) opposite.
