House, built c1830, and shown on the Tithe Map of 1838.
Exterior
Brick with hipped slate roof. 2 storeys, 3 window range with central entrance. 6-panelled door with radial fanlight, in slight moulded architrave. Windows on each floor are wide 16-pane sashes with flat arched brick heads. End wall stacks.
Reason for designation
Included as an unaltered and well-detailed example of a typical early C19 small house.
