Exterior
Polygonal white stone base, polygonal plinth of 3 steps, lower zone with fluting and chevron bands, over which is further band of chevrons, and taller zone with fluting; smooth tapering staff surmounted by eagle on globe.

Listed for group value with Swansea Guildhall.
