Location
Situated on the E side of Ffordd Rhiw Ial, that runs N from the village centre, and some 80m N of the Raven Inn.
History
Village house dated 1749, altered since with C20 windows. The 1844 Tithe Map has a group of buildings on the site identified as house and gardens owned by John Williams, occupied by Rees Jones.
Exterior
House, whitewashed rubble stone with slate roof and squared stone end stacks, larger to left. Two storeys, C20 casement windows. Two windows under eaves above, and two similar below, while centre has another similar C20 window with date plaque IGF 1749 over. C20 porch to centre right.
Reason for designation
Included despite altered windows as a village house of the earlier C18.
