History
Early C19 with some later additions and alterations.
Exterior
Rendered, probably over stone with slate roofs and stone chimney stacks. 2-storeys with long cross wing and shorter main range. Entrance towards angle with wing, in moulded architrave, with tripartite sash window to its left. 2x16-pane sash windows above. Wing has 2-storey canted bay window in front-facing gable end, and 3-window return range with some original 16-pane sash windows, the others later C19 4-pane sashes. Outshut to rear.
Reason for designation
A good, typical example of an early C19 vernacular building which retains much of its original character.
