History
Mid or later C19 garden ornament apparently pre-dating the main garden improvements of 1902-7.
Exterior
Mid to later C19 fountain and basin. Bath stone. The basin has stone rim with gadrooned edging, and fountain stands on octagonal plinth with big flat vase with moulded stem, fluted underside and gadrooned edge, itself carrying a similar smaller vase, and fountain pipe clasped by a pair of eroded putti.
