History
A small house of c1820.
Exterior
Well coursed and squared stone, slate roof with end wall stacks, and stone copings to right hand gable. 2 storeys, 3-window range, with rear wing. Entrance in centre, flanked by 4-pane sash windows, with similar windows above; all openings have flat stone lintels. Inserted windows in right hand gable return.
Reason for designation
A typical small vernacular house of the early C19, which retains much of its original character, and which has group value with Capel Seion.
