Situated some 1 km S of Boncath, reached via small lane running SW off Bwlchygroes road some 0.5 km SE of Boncath, and track off to W.
History
Probably mid C19 farmhouse, rebuilt after 1837-40 Tithe Map, which shows farm on different site.
Exterior
Mid C19 farmhouse, rubble stone with whitewashed roughcast front, slate roof and stone end stacks, larger to left. Two-storey, three-window range off-set to right, with horned 12-pane sashes and slate sills. Centre C20 door. Rear is outshut.
Interior
High ceilings to ground floor rooms, large fireplace beam to W end room.
Reason for designation
Included as best local example of larger mid C19 farmhouse, little altered.
