Located in open fields at the end of a private drive from the north of Borras Road.
Exterior
C16 brown brick, two storey farmhouse, plus attic, built to an L-plan. Later alterations and additions. Not fully accessible at time of inspection (1995).
Interior
Internal inspection not possible at time of re-survey in 1995. At time of previous survey said to contain cased and moulded beams and C16 staircase with shaped, flat, balusters, moulded rail, and square newels with tall carved finials.
Reason for designation
Listed for the special interest of its origins as a C16 farmhouse.
