To the S of the New Castle spanning a dry ditch, until 1804 the course of the Chester-Holyhead road.
Exterior
A small and elegant bridge of ashlar built in 1771 (inscription). Single-span segmental arch with moulded archivolt and finely dentilated and moulded cornice. Plain parapet, raised to W. Flanking buttresses to the Arch.
Reason for designation
Group value with the Old Castle.
