Situated on W side of Aberporth, 60m down a cul-de-sac off Pentraeth.
History
Early C19 house marked on 1838 Aberporth Tithe map as part of Trecregyn. At that time this 41 acre farm was owned by Walter David Jones Esq. MD and occupied by Evan Jones.
Exterior
Whitewashed rubblestone, grouted slate roof and stone end stacks, larger to SW. Outshut rear. Two-storey, three-window front offset to right. Small 9-pane sash windows under front eaves, narrow 12-pane sashes below and ledged centre door all with timber lintels. One 12-pane first floor sash window on NE end and window on end of outshut. Interior has boarded partitions and roof has four stapled collar trusses.
Reason for designation
Included as a little altered early house, possibly the original Trecregyn farmhouse.
